2win Max Flow Reed Valve – AM6 / Derbi

The 2win Max Flow reed valve is built for AM6 and Derbi (Euro 2 & 3) engines. Its edge? Ultra-thin carbon reeds that deliver extra power gains and a fuller power curve across the rev range.

The base is CNC-machined aluminium for maximum rigidity and precision. The 0.28 mm carbon reeds ensure rapid response.

Compatibility & fitting:

• Derbi Euro 3 engine: bolt-on with no major modification; light milling at the top and bottom of the intake port is recommended to prevent the reeds from brushing the crankcase at full opening.
• Derbi Euro 2 engine: 0.5 mm milling on each side of the intake port + same top/bottom recommendation as Euro 3.
• AM6 engine: more machining required, but less than the CR85 model, crankcase wall thickness remains safe. To avoid machining, you can use a 10 mm spacer, available on our site.
