Metrakit FL Engine Case – Dual Bolt Pattern Derbi Euro 3/4

The Metrakit FL engine case is built for Derbi Euro 3 and 4 engines. Its dual bolt pattern (standard or FL cylinder) and factory-machined inlet for the 85 Cr V-Force reed valve make it the go-to base for serious engine builds. It handles up to 45 hp without flinching.

The balance shaft needle roller bearing is widened from 12 to 16 mm (HK 1816), crankshaft bearings are oversized (6304), and the walls are reinforced to take high-stress loads. The cylinder bore clearance reaches 55 mm max diameter, so you can fit significantly larger displacements.
